Do you send a mockup?
A mockup of your design is included with every purchase. We will take your personalization notes and any inspiration photos you have sent us and come up with a design just for you!
What Kind of Paper Do You Use?
We use thick contractors/builders paper to make our painted banners.
How do I hang my banner?
Each banner includes a card with hanging instructions and options. If you did not purchase grommets, we recommend using blue painter’s tape, doubled over and applied to the back of the banner. This method is gentle on surfaces and helps keep your banner securely in place.
What if I need to make changes to my order after purchasing?
If you need to make any changes to your banner prior to a mockup being sent out, please reach out to us via the chat feature on our website or email us at TaylorMorris@tmdesignscustombanners.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once the mockup is approved, we begin the painting process and will be unable to make any changes.
Shipping
What Are Your Turn Around Times?
We complete orders based on your requested due date to ensure your banner arrives in time for your event. Each banner is shipped approximately one week before the date you need it.
How are banners shipped?
Your banner is carefully rolled and placed in a sturdy shipping tube to protect it from creases and damage during transit. Inside the tube, it’s also sealed in a protective plastic poly bag to help guard against any potential liquid damage.

Do You Accept Returns?
Because each painted banner is custom-made and personalized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care to ensure every detail matches your order, and we’re always happy to work with you during the design process to make sure it’s exactly what you envision before it’s made.
